Winemaker: The grapes, that come exclusively from its own funds, are vinified in our winery located in the immediate proximity of the vineyards. The maceration at controlled temperature not exceeding 25°C is continued for 8-10 days. The varieties are worked separately and remain divided until the bottling blend. The refining period is divided in 8-12 months in stainless steel silos for Primitivo, 8-12 months in oak barrel for Petit Verdot and after at least 12 months in bottle.
Serving temperature: 16°-18°C

Tasting
Color: Ruby red color with purple reflection.
Nose: Red fruits, floral notes, licorice and a lot of balsamic notes.
Taste: Good freshness, pleasant tannins, long lingering final.
