The olive farm is in the heart of Salento in Muro Leccese, Scorrano and Botrugno and the farm includes ​​30 hectares on which they cultivate 3000 secular olive trees variety Cellina di Nardo.

The production of olives, strictly organic, is followed directly by the family and culminates in the time of harvest when the olives are transported in crates at the mill, wash and cold pressed. The oil obtained is stored in stainless steel silos with nitrogen system act to prevent oxidation, the packaging is done in function of the orders in order to guarantee the perfect conservation of the product.
