Winemaker: The grapes, that come exclusively from its own funds, are harvested at the right stage of maturation and vinified in the winery of property located in the immediate proximity of the vineyard. The maceration at controlled temperature not exceeding 25°C is continued for 8-10 days. The crushed grapes are pressed to start and then continue the slow alcoholic fermentation for another 7-8, refining period is divided into 6 months in stainless steel silos and then 12 months in bottle.

Tasting
Color: Bright ruby red.
Nose: Fruity with notes of small red fruit, pepper and tobacco.
Taste: Good level of acidity and sapidity, spicy, well integrated tannic parts, it is a wine easy to drink and with a good complexity.
